I have not.However, in such cases where I think the CRT is cut off due
to low emission,I jumper the filiment resistor to the CRT thereby
increasing the CRT output above the cut off threshold,as a test.I am
sure there is a simple resistor to lift,etc to defeat this circuit, but
seems to be a guarded secret!
