I did not get the model number. I took the chassis. Original problem was hot
transistor shorted. replaced hot transistor and flyback. Now tv tries to start
I hear high voltage but it goes into shutdown. I disconnected the trippler same
problem. I noticed one of the tubes are leaking to the bd on the left looking
at the back of it. I cleaned the board really good but It still shutsdown.
does anybody know which parts they have found to be the culprit? I checked
around where the leak was. I wasnt a bad leak It was just a spot . I checked
all resistors and diodes in the circuit and they are ok. Any help will be
greatly appreciated If you can check wintips for me if theres anything on this.
