I changed both IC's and same thing. I did notice the AGC isn't changing. Put IF in from My sencore and Perfect picture and AGC is down to 5V.Checked voltages on the op amp outputs with the cable connected and they are within ( . )1V. This has got me by the balls. It;s only a 20" tv, but I would like to find the problem. Any Ideas?
