[TechAssist] Funai FTR13TC

Have a Funai Combo model FTR13TC came in dead, changed some caps in the
power supply and set fired up all functions work except no tv or playback
video. Has on screen display shows channels up down volume etc., all I get
is a blue screen. No schematic Has audio on both.
