Everything works properly on this set except the loading mechanism seems to bind up when inserting or ejecting a tape . Changed the 5v regulator and esr on all caps in power supply also cleaned the mode switch the 12v is at 11.65v and the 5v is 4.64v anyone have any experience with this unit.
