Horz. freq. off and at times would try try to lock in. Also the sides would
try to come in about an inch or so. High voltage was just above normal.
found c 511 (9.1 nano farad 1.6 KV) at about 7 nano which was low and
causing this problem.
p/n 483512147048. If this cap goes lower it will cause shut down. also c512
p/n 483512257004
cans cause shut down but ok in this case.
