Problem was Q2206/2N3906, near video processor. I used NTE159 and have a great picture. When I first saw the problem, I rejuvenated the CRT..emissions were low on red and blue. Rejuvenation was successful and emissions look good. Picture brighter, but wrong colors. Where I should have blue, it is green. I checked every resistor on the CRT board..some I had to pull, they check fine. Collect on blue transistor is over 200vdc. The other transistors are considerable lower. Does anyone have any idea where I can go from here without a schematic? Is the problem the video proc. IC?
