Robert, and All;
This turned out to be an EASY repair (In the home).(Less the 1 hour) !
You were right about the 2 Caps. They were BOTH leaking from the top.
Easy to spot them.
I used Mallory # VTH4700M16, cause that's what I took with me.
This set had been acting up for some time. Some days it would work for a
while, until finally, it wouldn't turn on anymore.
Thanks to everybody who responded to my post.
Including Wayne Venaman, Jerry Eiting, Larry Eastman, Jeff Dougherty, and
anyone I may have missed.
