I found a data sheet that shows the MTZJ series of zeners, although your 
part number is not listed. There is, however, an explanation of how they 
determine the part number, so it appears that it is indeed a 15V zener.

All I did to find it was do a search on Google for "MTZJT-7715B". The 
very first listing was the key. It showed that ROHM was the 
manufacturer, so I went to rohm.com and looked up the datasheet.

Here is the URL of the datasheet. Page 3 of 4 shows the part numbering 
system.
