[TechAssist] Daytek mod. 755DF, 17" monitor -focus range not enough

I have a Daytek 17" flat CRT monitor model 755DF which has a focus
problem. When first looked at it, the focus was out a fair amount. I
adjusted focus 1 pot on the flyback but it only seems to focus
vetically. Then I adjusted focus 2 pot at the bottom of the flyback
(which is normally "screen" on most flybacks), and the focus adjusted
horizontally. I was able to bring the focus near to correct but the
bottom pot is all the way to the one side now. I need a bit more
adjustment. Is my problem a bad focus divider in the flyback, or is
there a resistor in the circuit that could have changed in value causing
my out of range?
