I agree that XP has too many problems, but with the proper knowledge
the crashes are usually recoverable. It depends on what methods you
are using, and there are many to choose from.

And everyone, in my opinion should have a GoBack (I much prefer
RestoreIT) type utility installed, so that recovery is a snap. These
applications have been around for years and it's crazy that just about
nobody uses them! RestoreIT has been available for only $5 (retails
for $30) lately on some sites.
