[TechAssist] Data sheet or Info. needed on regulator STR81145

Does anyone have a data sheet or any info. on this reg., so I can check the
parameters?
I have a Tatung video monitor (model: 27MDA) that the h/v shuts down after
on about 5 min. The other circuits seem to remain active and the filaments
stay lit.
If I spray the reg. with coolant every few min.- stays on, but the heat sink
does not get hot (weard huh).
I've not worked with this #regulator before, so might be over-loading, or
just going bad?
