Not really....Won't help you in your situation. Charge $500.00 to align it FIRST!! Don't let it in your door if he refuses.....because it's going to get hairy to align this. 1] Is ANY of the colors "untouched"? 2] Do you have to deal with the "Flash Focus" on this? (if the customer didn't flash focus while in the adjust mode...the old settings may be there--to get the old ones, just press Flash Focus BEFORE getting into the alignment mode) 3] 4 x 3 only? Or 16 x 9 also? If they are REALLY way off....there is an Initialize button that will clear the EEprom, and you can start from scratch. I wouldn't think twice about charging $500....even jacking up that price, if it's 16 x 9. Then inform him he could have had that done for only $150 if he hadn't touched it....(do it after you've collected the money) Damon B Telrad Electronics Fort Wayne IN ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tim Poole" <tdp13158@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, October 13, 2005 11:24 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Convergence svc codes for Sony KP-61HS10 > I am working on this set that a customer destroyed the convergence settings by trying to fix it himself.
