[TechAssist] Computer power supply

Hi I just installed a new power suppy and I had to go power monitor before
it would boot.2 voltages were in the red. 12 volt was up to 13.05 and 5 volt
is a 5.6 volts This is a 300 watt supply and maybe my system isn't drawing
enough current. I don't know if I should take it back.Thanks Barry
