Got an FCC ID ? Had a Chungwah once with Open Filaments but it powered, just
gave a blank Screen.

Ths Cap check is sort of a general Check, because really there is 1500VDC in
actual Operation of the Unit applied to it. I dont think you checked it with
1500V on it right? I use a Sencore and apply 600V there which is the Max it
can go to. Dunno what you used, but I would say if there was a small amount
of Test Voltage it 'could' still read a different capacitance if more is
applied. There could also be an open or a Short in a winding, but you would
need to do a LOPT Ring Test.

Still would be good if you had other FBT numbers to post. This Way I could
check history of Failures.
