Bob and all, Here is the story.
 This set SE3535H came in with no video or menu had sound and
raster.Requested if anyone had a 221-365-02 IC 6004 for it got one from a
Tech Assist member installed it and have video but no menu and if left on it
blinks black then bright white.
 Found a 221-00707 IC that is used as IC 6004 on some 9-700- boards and get
good pix and a unstable menu  (letters jump)but it does work .
 I am trying to determine if IC 6004 is causing this, the set does not have
the bad blue caps and the ZCU socket has been changed.
 That is why I am trying to "up-date Eprom"on page two of SM.Thanks
