[TechAssist] CTC203 error codes V18, V128, V128

Hello techs- trying to solve a start up problem in this chassis CTC203AF9
(25" 2003 model). When I force set into service mode, I get these error codes:
P1= V18, P2=V128, P3= V128. Can someone tell me what these mean or what
section(s) is causing the set not to come on ? Thank you very much.
