I located a TEA2261(,also same as an RCA 200419,old RCA# 230759,also
used in the TX86TB chassis.) Replaced this IC U4100 and unit powered up
and is running good.I think a storm zapped it.Thanks,all.
Also: ESR lytics in that power supply.
