[TechAssist] Audiovox 19" AVT-1980, chassis CN-100B dead, only would click, workssometimes.

This is in a motor home. Vibration issues?
I carefully inspected board, no solder problems seen. Customer says it 
will just click when power pushed. It did that here. then I pushed 
several times more, once the high voltage came up, but shut down. 
Sounded like HV was excessive (just a guess from past experiences), 
pushed again and is working now.
Uses an STR30130 Vlt. reg.
Antone have experience with this model? Repair histories on these?
