The best restructuring Philips could do is answer there phone,   or at least
the tech assist part,   maybe  I'm the only one who can never get through,
but they've changed part numbers so much you have to have there tech get you
the number just to place an order,  fixing a warranty set for them is almost
an all day job.   wow that felt good,   now back to work.
