[TechAssist] Apex GT3215 no sound

I just wanted to share the fix on this 32" Apex that I've been wrestling
with the last 3 months. The fix was the crystal mounted on the stand-up
audio board. I used a Philips crystal #2422 543 00842. The set had
crackling sound at cold start and then went silent. The Apex number is
CHCRY00002 and Sony # 988501335.
