[TechAssist] Advent M#328A Dead need parts info

Hi everyone
This is the first Advent TV I came across. It is dead, open fuse, and the
switch reg IC is shorted on several legs. I don't have a print. The IC has STR
on the first line and the second line has G9656. Anyone have a part number for
this or know how to get parts for this set.
