[TechAssist] Admiral 5-disk CD changer..won't read

This unit is a Sharp.
1. Will not read disks. Changed laser assembly with H8151, same problem. Laser
lights, and clicks as it
moves up and down. I lubed the mechanism with no help.
2. Also, the tray moves in/out real slow. I replace the motor and it STILL does
the same thing. I also
lubed the gears in this area. If I help the tray, it will move a little quicker.
I've already lost money on this unit...so if anyone has any ideas, I'd
appreciate it.
