[TechAssist] Action V-2100 VHS player

We have a couple of these units, made in 1995 or 1996, in for service with
some defective ICs. These 12 volt units have been modified by REI for use in
bus entertainment systems. Action says that V-2100 is not one of their model
numbers, but the label on the back looks original, so they may have been
made for rebranding purposes. On one unit, the micro clock is not running
and on the other unit, the video process IC, a LA7391A, has no output. The
bus company has quite a few of these. Would anyone have a diagram for these
or a cross to an Action model number? FCC ID no. is ATI 9R3 VCP-450.
