We now have the following students signed up to represent Rockford Robotics at
Sundstrand's July 18 Lunch on Lawn: Eli, Jared, Joanna, Klye, Morgan, and Ty.
We could still use a few more students. If you can help, please email.
With the volunteers we have right now, my suggestion is for Jared, Kyle, and Ty
to be our drive team and Eli, Joanna, and Morgan to work team promotion. Eli
could also help with pit crew support.
If you have volunteered for this event or will volunteer, please plan on
meeting 5:00 - 6:30 on Monday, July 16 at the 'bot shop. We'll discuss our
plans for Lunch on the Lawn and pack up robot and promotional materials.

I need to know we have a drive team and students to talk to employees and
promote the team and sign up prospective mentors for other teams. Please add
your name to this list if you will be in attendance on Wednesday July 18, and
next to your name the role you intend to fulfill (i.e. Driver, co-driver, human
player, pit crew support, team promotion ). Also remember we have a preparation
and pack–up meeting on Monday July 16 th at the BOT Shop. Lunch will be
provided by HS for all students attending.
