We think it relates to the version of Windows Exchange Server (or
equivalent other system) that your Council uses. We never used to have
problems until our Council 'upgraded' to a better version.

Howard

Having tried both options my messages only work in plain text not HTML.
I= assume that this varies for different users and suggest testing
both.

A quick reminder to people - in Peter's absence - that if you have
proble= ms sending readable messages to this TCUG freelist, (as we had),
it is ou= r experience that it can normally be made to work properly by
sending you= r e-mails in HTML format (in Outlook this is an option in
the Format top = drop-down menu).

We have tried changing various TCUG Freelist settings without success -
s= o currently this seems to be the best option.

(For those having difficulties - feedback about whether this works for
yo= u would be helpful.)
