[TCUG] Switching off bleepers

We have a policy of switching off bleepers overnight 23:00 - 07:00 at noise
sensitive sites.
Some sites have bleepers and tactile others just bleepers.
We are now being asked to switch off 19:00 - 07:00.
I personally feel uneasy at switching off at 19:00 especially on bleeper
only sites
I would appreciate any views / practice on this issue.
