[TCUG] Speed Activated Warning Signs

Here at Southend we have recently installed 6 speed activated warning signs
at locations on a dual carriageway adjacent to 3 schools. They have been so
successful that members are requesting further signs in their wards and
therefore I am drafting a policy for consideration by committee. I would
appreciate if any members have any information concerning their criteria for
use in relation to speed data, accident statistics and their use on
classified or unclassified roads etc..
