The Siemens have just completed work on an asset management system
specifically for this purpose - it will also cover all your needs for
electricity billing data etc. The work was commissioned by the COMET =
user
group and it is envisaged that the system will ultimately link to other
databases (RMS/ UTC/ etc)

Our computer section are unwilling to develop our inhouse signals
database
further, to cover the changes to BV 165.
Does anyone know of a commercially available programme to replace our
signals
database which can also be adapted to BV 165.=20
It should include scn, location, type, inventory, power, coordinates,
current/proposed=20
commissioning date etc
