[TCUG] Cable colour schemes

We are trying to address the problems being caused by the latest changes in
what colours you can use for which functions in a cable. As a first step
Sunil Budhdeo is trying to get details of the range of schemes people
already use, so we would be very grateful if you could send a copy of the
arrangement(s) you use in your authority to Sunil dot Budhdeo at
nottinghamcity dot gov dot uk
