I have adjusted and cleaned and taken the shifter apart and there is no way around it, he needs a new transmission. I want to go to a really good show in Springfield, MO on the 9th, so I have to get it together pretty quick to do that. As I was working my ass off to try any trick I could think of to make the damaged tranny work for, at least a little while, it occurred to me that I ought to just walk away. This hobby should not take all I have. So what if this old piece of outdated metal doesn’t work. Why should it matter more than if a blender in the kitchen broke? If a replacement cost on a blender was too much, you would just go without a freakin’ blender until you found one cheap. But, no. I have to stop every damn thing and fix Murray. It’s a sickness. I need a support group. -- My Email Moniker http://www.findinternettv.com/Video,item,1570570433.aspx
