As I have always said, "They are all air cooled. Whether is air passing thru a
radiator or an oil cooler, It's still air"

No worries. I am just amazed that there are so many that don't see that they
are all related and you can keep this great hobby alive without both air and
water. Yeah there are a lot of air cooled out there, I have 2 air projects
myself, but they ain't making them anymore. My Vanagon makes 2 water cooled
projects as well.  John

It's more about poking fun at people who drive bricks that should be found in
foundation walls vs. Vintage aircooleds;  not about animosity.  ;-)

I am so glad to see there is love for H2O here. I don't understand why so many
air guys and water guys don't appreciate the other. We all have VW emblems
so... Why can't we all just get along?!?!

Embrace your geekiness!
Embrace you love of water-cooled VW's!
Let all others be damned if they dont like it!
Live long and prosper.

Yeah, someone with my sense of humor.  Mark and I are going to see the
traveling Star Wars in Concert show at the end of October, here at the Toyota
Center.  I am so excited.  Anthony Daniels (CP-3O) is supposed to be the
narrator for the concert.  Also there is supposed to be diplays of costumes and
artifacts from all 6 movies.  I know, I know.  I am a Star Wars geek.  But I
don't care.

I will always believe in The Force.

I am exited! Today after work I went to Lonnie's house and changed the belts on
my 86 Westy and then drove her home to my house approx. 18 miles down the
highway! While to most of you may thing less than 20 miles is no big deal,
remember I got this VW less than a month ago and it had not run for over 3
years. Lonnie and other good friends, not to forget my father, helped her back
into running shape with just 2 Saturdays to work on the engine. My thanks goes
to Lonnie and the rest of them.

p.s. Paul, it looks like you will have another one at T@P6 ! I just won't know
for sure until I pull in the lot. LOL
