The body is about ready for final paint. Yesterday, I went ahead and painted
the interior so I could insulate and start wiring. I used Second skin for the
sound barrier/insulation. I saw their add on The Samba and thought I would try
it. Very similar to Dynamat, but considerably cheaper. I'm also completely
rewiring using an EZWiring harness. About half the price of the Painless kit,
but seems to be a very good harness. Should spray the rest of the black this
week.
With some luck, I will be driving by Christmas.
See you a in a few weeks. I won't be at MPR until Saturday night about time to
eat some hamburgers.
