Replaced nose.- had to use two pieces because the only one available is for a late bay. Had to reuse use signal mounts, removed raised section on new nose.

Replaced driver and passenger floor boards, had to make some parts because rear wheel inner fender rusted beyond use.

Right rear arch replaced - replacement part didn't fit and had to basically build one.

Left front arch is done.

Both front steps inner & outer replaced

Most of the old paint has been removed

Started working on passenger gate today - ground out rust, poured POR15 in the holes on the gate to stop rust from the inside out.

Cut out most of the treasure chest floor today. - no replacement parts available, going back with aluminum diamond plate.

Most of the major rust has been removed. Once gates and floor are done, it will be time to start sanding and doing some bondo work.

Switched from gluing parts to welding after my glue didn't hold when splicing the two halves of the nose together. I've already bought all of the grinding discs from Sears Hardware and Lowes in The Woodlands. They must think a welding company has moved into the area.

Have fun and be careful at PB.
