It's been happening for decades since Lady Bird Johnson started "Keep
America Beautiful" the problem is that some folks "junk" is another's
beauty.  Unfortunately zoning laws like these are very real and
very insidious and it allows some "code enforcement" officer to come in and
basically dictate what you can do with your property on your property.  If
it had been there for 25 years and then all of a sudden somebody complained
about it, something should have been done to accommodate the use.  I mean
Dade County isn't exactly the beauty spot of Florida and cleaning this up
didn't make it any prettier.
