I 100% agree. there are many, many cars that i see on a daily basis that 
couldn't pass inspection at all...windshields cracked so bad you can't see 
through it. busted tail lamps, no tail lamps. it really is ridiculous. my bus 
only recently got to the point of not passing inspection. i'm anal about my 
truck and diana's car though. 

what alot of folks don't realize is that little thing you sign on your 
registration states that you certify that your vehicle is safe and will pass 
inspection. if you don't sign that (diana) you can receive a ticket (thanks 
diana) which is why i was on probation last year at the classic. 15 over the 
speed limit and failure to acknowledge registration.
