How much should I use to do the floor of the cargo area, the slanting part of
the floor and the deck in front of the cargo hatch? A quart? A gallon?

I don't have to remeve all the rust before I put down the por-15? Like I said
there is tiny bits of rust over the whole surface. To remove it completely I
would have to blast it, and I am trying to avoid it because I am very lazy.

HIt the floor with a wire brush and POR 15 it. Once dry, the stuff is
indestructable.
