[tcb] Bus door seals

bought all the rubber for the doors and windows on my 70 Bay Window bus. Advice 
from someone that has done it before needed. 

Do I need to pull the glass out? 

Do the vents window need to be done 1st?

Do they need to be removed to replace that seal also?
