This looks a lot like the '61 Westy that I put a 140 HP Corvair engine back in the early 70's in and sold to a guy that was going to take it to Louisiana for an offshore oil well diving job.

 I put the later model tail lights and parking lights in it, like someone did to this one. Also, mine had chrome Chevrolet wheels with adapters and "Baby Moon" hub caps.

 It had the same "trap door" style roof opening, like this one. I "de-cambered" it in the rear and cut out the rear wheel openings but, used Ford pick-up truck chrome moldings around the new wheel openings. However, the rear hatch and engine lid are definitely different than mine.
