Steve is correct Eleanor, once you've gone from A to B then B to C, both A and B are no longer having the cross phone upgrade capability, which is the tag on the license allowing it to be moved. But it can be re-enabled for £50 by paying for an upgrade from standard to premium on either A or B respectively. Thus someone having a second hand phone could pay £50 to re-enable their likens and then £50 to move it to their new phone. If that makes sense. In other words, you buy Phone A, you then use Phone A to upgrade to Phone B. You can still use Phone B to upgrade to Phone C, but you can't use Phone A to upgrade to Phone C. So in other words, if you sell on Phone A, the new customer can't use it for an upgrade, if you have done so. How many times can talks be moved from one phone to another? I know it's £50 to move it over from one to another, but how many times can I?
