Hi Kieran 

if you hav checked all those options and still no joy then i'm not too sure as 
hav never seen that phone or that problem happen with anyone after ruling out 
those suggested areas. 

Sorry not much help but perhaps someone with experience of that phone may be 
able to help you, failing that then a clean installation of talks may be the 
answer.
