[talks-uk] Firmware Update N96 Disaster

I tried doing this tonight and disaster befell the phone! Not only did it
loose connection with PC Suite. I took all the advice given on screen,
removing the USB, removing the bttery etc but the phone is completely dead.
Sad really. I only have it a month. Any ideas from anyone before I go back to
the shop with it, something to revive or resussitate it.
