Well, Gail, this is a good list of course, but there appear to be only a few of us here, whereas, there are a good number of people on the user's forum, including the staff. I was also told by Brian, not to let things go, as the sooner you report a problem, the easier it is to fix, so take your concerns to the forum as well as here.
