Hi Richard. Signing up as a new member is free. You just sign up and then select add new club from the home page and you will be presented with the latest English or World setups and just select any one of your choice and then select a club. You then will be presented with the club's real life info and current squad list and there will be a button which is labled take control of club. Once you take control you will be on your summery page for that club and the options with this drop down menu will appear on the left hand side half way down the screen.
