OK, I checked the spelling of the subject of the past few posts and maybe that is what's presenting the problem for you. Actually, there is no registration code as such. If you are a regular Serotek customer or even if you are only using a trial account, you will use an account number, usually your telephone number; and, a four digit PIN which is given exclusively to you. As for the spelling, it is: s a t o g o. So the site to type into either an internet explorer address field, or the Windows Run dialogue, which is easier is
