Hello all! I started out on http://www.harrylondon.com While there, I noticed one of their affiliated sites which I clicked on, http://www.thepopcornfactory.comDar Started out on this before I took up the cause of buying cheese popcorn for us! Unfortunately, this process took two good hours out of our morning and we still had to phone the popcorn factory to complete our order. I decided to register first before ordering thinking that would allow me to complete order and get on with my day! It is tricky, but I was able to select what I wished to order. I had to register twice since I missed some "important to them" fields. I went into my cart, deleted an extra item, then went to check out. I had to complete some nonsense about gift buying but we were purchasing for ourselves. Once I got past that, it was time for the billing information, credit card etc. This is where the combo boxes seem to be unworkable! I was asked for credit card type, number expiration date etc. I could not select credit card type, expiration date or much else in that group of combo boxes. I probably would have written my card number but I wasn't able to complete the rest of what they wished to have since I couldn't navigate the combo boxes. I don't know whether this is an extremely secure site, Java has something to do with all of this, I really don't know what the problem might be. I didn't use the SA Mobile mouse. Dar and I phoned popcorn factory to complete the order. No doubt I can use more instruction if I had missed something when dealing with this website. Or, it isn't as accessible as it could be.
