Yes I listened to most of the show wile waiting for Dolly Parton. It was quite interesting. Makes me wonder what the laws say in our state. The audio for the show in discussion is not posted as of yet. Here's the link.

Subject: [tabi] rights of parents with disabilities

Hi all,

I caught the end of "Talk of the Nation" on NPR (right now), and it's an
entire hour on rights and problems parents with disabilities face across the
country; including a new study which draws conclusions such as "two thirds
of the states have laws which allow the simple existence of a disability to
be a sufficient reason to deny a couple the right to be parents".

The moderator mentioned you can go to npr.org to get transcripts (and
perhaps a podcast copy) of the show.
