Hi all, I caught the end of "Talk of the Nation" on NPR (right now), and it's an entire hour on rights and problems parents with disabilities face across the country; including a new study which draws conclusions such as "two thirds of the states have laws which allow the simple existence of a disability to be a sufficient reason to deny a couple the right to be parents". The moderator mentioned you can go to npr.org to get transcripts (and perhaps a podcast copy) of the show.
