This should not have anything to do with the version of Windows which you
are using, since it sounds like you're talking about MS Access and MS Excel.
Why not call Freedom Scientific about the problem, since it's likely to have
something to do with the way jaws was configured on that pc.

Windows 10 works fine for Word documents and searching the Internet, but it
doesn't work well with data bases and Excel files. Not all fields are
announced. This is critical in my position.

JAWS works fine with Windows 10. JAWS 17 works well, form what I hear.
NVDA, the screen reader I use, works great with it.
