If a hearing officer dismisses the case and the police officer doesn't show up for court, it doesn't matter how much teeth the law has. The police officer didn't show up for the hearing. I thought the judge was going to throw out the case since the officer kept saying I walked in to the truck. I ask the judge to please read the law before making his decision. Apparently the law isn't worth the paper it is written on.
